We continue our monthly healing work. This time at my house for a cooler environment. Bring a swim suit as there will be the opportunity to swim in the beautiful lake where I live. We will in fact be working on healing this lake. No cost for these healing sessions.
The fire spirits, also known as salamanders in folklore tradition, are the oldest of the elementals and therefore their consciousness is the most developed. They are, above all, beings of transformation, and they know the sacred pathway from death and decay to rebirth intimately. Fire is the gateway to the spiritual world - a doorway into the supersensible realms and we stand in front of it with reverence, which is why acts of ritual devotion commence with the kindling of a flame.

I am combining the four elements workshop into one day! This is the perfect introduction to working with the nature spirits and the elementals. We will talk about and experience the Earth, Water, Air and Fire Elementals; what is their purpose, how do they interact with one another, how can we access their world; what lessons do they want to teach us and more. The day starts at 9:30 am promptly at my magical new home in Lake Waubeeka just outside Danbury, CT. Please arrive by 9 am. A vegan-gluten free lunch is included and we will end around 4 pm in time to enjoy some wonderful beach/lake time. Please RSVP as space is limited. Also please pay ahead of time. Join Michael ‘Pondhawk’ Gulbrandsen and Cathy Carter for a remarkable day of celebration, music, listening to the whispers of Nature and a dive deep into the world of the nature spirits. Join us for this special Summer Solstice Celebration and Mediation Walk. Bring water, a lunch, poetry about this wonderful season, a journal if you wish, a story to share and a full heart. Workshop will last until around 2 pm. Two groups will be formed - Mike to take one group on a Nature’s Whispers walk and the other group will join Cathy in a guided meditation and lecture about the nature spirits. After lunch the groups will switch places. We will also continue our Healing the Earth work.

Lead by Michael Gulbrandsen. In this ceremony we will create a Medicine Wheel in the Fern Grove at Inner Circle Farm. Participants are asked to bring one or two melon sized rocks from their home to be placed in one of the sacred spots of the wheel. The grove will be opened using an ancient Druid practice,
After lunch, participants will be taught how to use the wheel; to quietly enter the East Door of the Medicine Wheel and slowly begin to walk clockwise around the entire inner circle. Then sit near one of the sacred stones and take an inner spiritual journey.

This is the first in a series on-going monthly workshops in which we will be using various techniques and practices to assist in the healing of our very precious planet. Whether it be our oceans and rivers, war-torn parts of world, pollution-ridden areas or various parts of the Earth scarred by traumas, we will use our hearts and souls to assist in the healing and regeneration of our home. We will also be creating a flower mandala as a gift to the elementals and as part of our ceremonial work. There will also be an optional hike afterwards ending at 12 noon.
The gate opens at 9 am and there is a $10 parking fee. If you come around 8:45 am there is no fee. Once you come through the guard gate, stay on the main road until the end and park at the Kimberly Bridge Picnic area. If you have been there before, you know where we will be. If not, text me when you park and I will guide you to our spot.
There is no fee for this event, however I do ask that you bring offerings for the mandala creation.
